About the role

Trustly is now looking for an experienced Engineering Manager. One part of this role is to be manager for a team of engineers. You will lead and coordinate your team and your main responsibility is to make sure the team has the right prerequisites to deliver with excellence. Your team works in an agile environment and you are responsible for enabling scalability and innovations. Vi söker nu en Support Engineer till ett nyskapat team, IT Operations. I denna roll är du viktig för att få den dagliga verksamhet att fungera genom att tillhandahålla expertsupport till Futurs användare och hantera svårare och mer utmanande frågeställningar kring FUSE, samt integrerade lösningar. Teamet för Transactions & Reporting arbetar med att vidareutveckla kärnan i Futurs eget försäkringssystem. Right now, ROYC is looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to join the team!

What you will do 

As a Lead Developer at ROYC, you will join a cross-functional team and play an important role in designing and building a cloud-native software platform. You will work with the whole platform to streamline the private investment life cycle, including onboarding, subscription, administration and reporting for new and existing investments. With your experience, you will provide technical leadership / coaching in terms of development and architecture.

Furthermore, your tasks will include, but not be limited to: 

  • Take the lead on technical solutions and providers
  • Collaborate within the product development teams to deliver cutting edge product features 
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends
  • Participate and drive code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices
  • Shape the future of private market investing

Who you are

We believe you have worked with software development for several years and have experience of leading and coaching other developers in an agile environment. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced scale-up environment and be able to adapt to changing requirements as the company grows. Preferably you have experience from the financial space or similar and how technology can be used to build innovative products. 

Desired skills:

  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, SQL and AWS
  • Experience with Git and version control
  • Strong understanding of software development principles
  • Experience with cloud architecture
  • Experience with CI/CD pipeline and automation tools
  • Understanding of networking protocols and concepts
