We are looking for a CEO who brings a good blend of strategic vision and hands-on operational experience, coupled with strong leadership and relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in go-to-market strategies and be ready to lead the company into its next growth phase.
Main Responsibilities
- Set and communicate a clear company vision
- Develop business strategies and plans aligned with both short- and long-term objectives
- Drive the go-to-market strategy to promote products and accelerate revenue growth
- Strengthen existing client relationships and build long-term customer loyalty
- Develop new client engagements aligned with business goals
- Structure the organization to ensure high-quality client delivery and scalable growth
What We’re Looking For
- A strong balance of business acumen, leadership capabilities, and technical insight
- Proven track record in a senior leadership role, preferably within SaaS or high-growth companies
- Ability to understand and anticipate customer needs and translate them into product features
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing growth strategies
- Ownership mindset with the ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and inspire across the organization
Location: The company is based in southern Sweden, and the role requires regular on-site presence at the office.
