A VC backed B2B SaaS company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to lead its engineering team and drive the next phase of technical and product evolution. This senior leadership role requires an experienced, hands-on tech leader with a strong background in elevating engineering teams, modernizing legacy systems, and leveraging AI & data to enhance product capabilities.

Key Focus Areas

• Technology Strategy: Guide architectural decisions, modernize and ensure scalable, high-performance systems.
• AI & Data Innovation: Define and execute a data strategy, integrating AI-driven solutions to enhance product value.
• Engineering Leadership: Lead and foster a high-performance culture.
• Execution & Delivery: Improve velocity, accountability, and engineering KPIs while managing cloud infrastructure costs.
