Malina, founded by Malin Ek Andrén in 2010, is known for its unique and feminine designs for various occasions. Soft Goat, established in 2011 by Stephanie Bergström and Erik Magnuson, specializes in high-quality knitwear and cashmere. 

Now, we are looking for a Head of Tech to take their digital ecosystem to the next level.

About the role

As a Head of Tech, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their digital infrastructure. With two fast-growing brands, an international expansion, and a multi-channel business model, this is a unique opportunity to build and optimize a tech ecosystem that spans everything from production to final delivery.

You will be the go-to person for the digital architecture, ensuring all systems run smoothly, are well-integrated, efficient, and aligned with business objectives. This role involves both technical work and managing development projects to keep the tech stack efficient and reliable. 

Your responsibilities include:

• Ensure technical solutions are stable, efficient, and work seamlessly together. Troubleshoot issues and implement improvements as needed.
• Hands on develop and maintain a technology roadmap that enhances customer experience and operational efficiency. 
• Gather business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure systems work efficiently together. 
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and execution while ensuring seamless collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
• Oversee vendor contracts and SLAs, optimize cost efficiency, and ensure all systems meet security and compliance standards.

About you

You are a results-driven, tech-savvy professional with a passion for digital solutions. With strong project management and communication skills, you can turn technical requirements into action.

Ideal Profile:

• 3+ years as a Head of Tech, Tech Lead or similar role within retail, e-commerce, or a tech-driven environment.
• Proficiency in roadmap development, system integration, PIM, Microsoft Business Central and Centra Ecommerce (or equivalent).

• Strong project management skills, capable of leading complex tech initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills, translating technical concepts into practical insights.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate with external teams
