Safemind is a recruitment company. We help ambitious companies grow and conquer the world. We work mostly in digital, and more often than not with startups and scaleups. We do tech, product and design. We recruit people for the whole spectrum of positions, specialists as well as executives. We try to stay on top of industry trends within recruiting and building great teams but also trends in digital. The people at Safemind are kind, welcoming, ambitious and attentive to detail. We have an office in central Stockholm with an amazing roof terrace to enjoy.
As a junior recruitment consultant you will, together with other recruiters at Safemind, work with full-cycle recruitment and work with clients such as Lifesum, Forza Football, AFRY and Viaplay. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a challenging and dynamic environment and source and recruit a broad set of roles within product development, including specialists and leaders. An interest in the tech industry is, of course, a plus but if you want to learn more, this is a great opportunity for you to do so. We work closely in collaboration with our customers and that could also include for example advice around scaling team and employer branding. We also work closely with our candidate network, always staying mindful of the fact that we are working with people.
As a junior recruitment consultant you will get a chance to work with different companies and roles. You will get the opportunity to, together with a senior recruiter, work with the full recruitment process from start to finish which includes searching and contacting candidates, holding interviews, keeping contact with the client, and assisting all the way to hiring. Don’t have much experience with full-cycle recruitment? Don’t worry. This is something you will learn in this role. We offer you many alternatives and development opportunities, as we see this role as a door opener to a career in the recruitment business.

There are many traits that will make you a good recruiter. A genuine interest in people. An ability to quickly understand a client’s business, culture and challenges. The grit to see a project through. You could be fresh out of university or already have some working experience.

The people working at Safemind have different backgrounds. Some of us are in the early years of our career, whilst others have walked a fair few miles by now. Some are passionate about technology, whilst others are design-nerds. Some of us like selling whilst others rather analyze data or map out companies in a certain field. We use our individual strengths but also challenge each other to grow.
We work together a lot, in recruitment projects or improving internal processes. We think it is more fun that way, and with our different perspectives the results get better. We believe we are never better than our team, so we make an effort to really be a team. We all help out to arrange off-sites and after-works, knowledge sharing sessions and a lot of fika.
