About The Role

As Product Domain Lead, you’ll drive strategy and execution for our Consumers product area, overseeing the app and web experience where 9/10 Swedes find their next home. You’ll lead skilled Product Managers, empowering them to tackle complex challenges. We seek a collaborative leader who fosters cross-team collaboration, builds strong relationships, and solves challenges effectively.

• Domain Strategy: Shape and lead the strategy for your product domain, ensuring it aligns with company goals and the needs of cross-functional teams. Establish domain KPIs that guides Hemnet towards outcomes that moves the needle.
• Domain Leadership: Work closely with the Head of Engineering to provide direction and effective ways of working, ensuring capacity planning, resource allocation, and delivery of the domain’s commitments. Take ownership of the domain’s strategic priorities, empowering teams to meet and exceed their goals while driving alignment with broader organizational objectives and timelines.
• Team Leadership: Support a team of Product Managers in delivering great results, providing mentorship, and fostering growth and autonomy.
• Collaboration: Build strong relationships across teams, ensuring alignment and smooth delivery of cross-domain projects.
• Innovation: Encourage experimentation and data-driven decision-making, balancing finding the optimal solution with iteratively and incrementally shipping impactful outcomes.
• Communication: Clearly articulate the domain strategy and product vision, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
• Talent Development: Help attract and retain top talent, fostering a positive and productive team environment.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone with a solid background in product management, a deep passion for consumer experience, and a track record of building and leading successful teams.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Extensive experience in product management, with proven success in consumer experience, particularly at scale on both app and web products.
• Leadership: Experience leading product teams, hiring, and nurturing top talent.
• Domain Expertise: Background in mature product cultures with cross-functional teams. Experience in Marketplaces, Real estate, AI/personalization is a plus.
• Strategic Vision: Ability to set a clear direction, build consensus, and inspire others to follow it.
