The role

As Senior Product Manager, your primary responsibility is to lead product delivery by transforming user needs and market opportunities into actionable strategies and impactful outcomes that shape the future of our health-tech solutions. You’ll play a hands-on role in driving our goals within a cross-functional setup, leveraging your strong leadership skills to navigate challenges and deliver results. Collaborating closely with developers, designers, UX specialists, business stakeholders, and product analysts, you’ll ensure alignment, foster innovation, and create meaningful value for our users.

  • Develop and articulate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with the company’s objectives and user needs in the health-tech market.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define long-term goals and strategies for innovation in user-centric health technology solutions.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring delivery of intuitive and impactful solutions that meet user needs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, compliance, marketing, and data analytics, to execute on product priorities.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, user behaviors, and opportunities.
  • Use insights from competitive analysis and user feedback to inform product strategies and feature prioritization.
  • Work closely with external partners and technology providers, to enhance product offerings.
  • Define, monitor, and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate product success and guide continuous improvements.
  • Leverage user analytics and testing to refine the product roadmap and optimize features.
  • Agile product management practices, such as sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and iterative releases.
  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Advocate for user-centric design principles, ensuring that products are accessible, intuitive, and solve real-world problems.

What we are looking for:

  • 5-7+ years of product management experience, ideally within health-tech and subscription businesses or a similar user-focused technology industry.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering digital products or platforms.
  • Strong technical acumen or familiarity with platforms, APIs, and web/mobile technologies.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Google Analytics) and user feedback tools.
  • Experience in running A/B testing and interpreting data to guide product decisions.
  • Experience in conducting user research to deeply understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of inspiring and aligning cross-functional teams around user-focused goals.
  • Exceptional communication skills to convey product vision and strategies to technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Understanding of the nuances in delivering health-tech solutions to international and multicultural user bases.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree in technology management is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with comfort managing ambiguity in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for health-tech and a commitment to improving user experiences through innovation.
  • It’s a great plus if you have experience working with generative AI, understanding of how AI can optimize workflows and influence priorities.
