The role

Bokadirekt is looking for a Lead iOS Developer to join their team and play a key role in building and evolving their mobile applications. As a Lead Developer, you will not only contribute to crafting elegant, scalable, and high-performing iOS apps but also guide and lead a small team of developers. You’ll have a central role and take part in technical decision-making and ensuring seamless collaboration between product, design, and engineering teams to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of iOS applications, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• Support, mentor, and guide a team of iOS developers to help them grow and perform at their best.
• Take accountability for your team’s deliverables, including task grooming, estimation, and planning.
• Collaborate closely with product and design teams to understand user needs and transform them into technical solutions.
• Partner with other teams to deliver cross-functional initiatives effectively.
• Stay up to date with iOS development trends, ensuring the team follows best practices and leverages the latest technologies.

To succeed in the role, we believe you have experience in:

• 5+ years as a mobile developer, including extensive iOS development experience.
• A proven track record of working in high-performing product teams for over 5 years.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered solutions.
• Organizing, growing, maintaining, and modernizing iOS apps effectively.
• An interest in app architecture and scalability, ensuring apps are prepared for growth and change.
