Role
We’re looking for a senior expert in modern technical operation to help our b2c SaaS customer to design a new setup for their real-time always-on services. The interim assignment will be to analyse and set the roadmap for the transformation ahead. The aim is to become more proactive in avoiding incidents, automate monitoring, and thereby enhancing the quality of the customer experience.
The new solution should ensure an uninterrupted experience for all users now and as the platform evolves. The successful candidate has a deep understanding of technical operations in a high-traffic environment with demanding SLAs, but should also have a good grasp of devops and process optimization. We believe you have prior experiences from transformational work covering several core areas of a business.
The assignment will start as soon as possible and last approx 6 months, with a possibility of future advisory opportunities.
