Nordic Sales Director

Forza Football is seeking an experienced Nordic Sales Director to lead sales and partnerships across Sweden, Denmark, and the broader Nordic region. The role focuses on driving revenue growth through prosperous client and agency relationships and shaping a commercial strategy tailored to the Nordic market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed annual targets through effective forecasting, budgeting, and execution.
  • Develop and implement a regional sales strategy, prioritizing Sweden and Denmark while exploring broader Nordic opportunities.
  • Build excellent relationships with media agencies and key clients
  • Lead and mentor a small sales team, fostering a growth-oriented and collaborative culture
  • Leverage knowledge of Nordic advertising trends to position Forza Football as a leader in sports marketing
  • Work with cross-functional teams and sister companies to align product and sales initiatives
  • Packaging of sales proposition 
  • Develop GTM strategy and positioning
  • Lead on B2B marketing 

Qualifications

  • Proven success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in the Nordic market
  • Best-in-class relationships with agencies and clients across the Nordics
  • Deep understanding of Nordic media and advertising landscapes, with strong networks across agencies and clients
  • Experience in adtech, media partnerships, or programmatic advertising is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a hands-on approach to strategy and execution
  • Leadership experience, with strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Passion for football and familiarity with sports technology trends
  • Willingness to travel within the Nordics; proficiency in Swedish or another Nordic language
  • Knowledge of programmatic and advertising trends
