As part of Mölnlycke Health Care’s ongoing technological evolution, it is expanding the team with a Salesforce administrator. This is a unique opportunity to drive the development of the company’s CRM automation processes, shape digital strategies, and contribute to innovative customer experiences.

The Role:

Join our Digital Customer Engagement team and help shape the future of digital sales solutions. As a CRM Salesforce Support and Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of our mission, ensuring our Salesforce platform is running smoothly and meeting the needs of our global teams.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support and Administer: Ensure the ongoing maintenance, configuration, and enhancement of our CRM Salesforce platform (Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds), and provide day-to-day support to users, addressing any technical issues or questions.
  • Commercial Sales Training: Support in conducting regular training sessions to onboard new users and improve system utilisation.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive user documentation, including manuals and process guides with Commercial Sales Training and Support
  • Shape the Solution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and drive user adoption across the organisation.
  • Lead Innovation: Contribute to the development of the global CRM strategy, driving innovation and shaping our digital future.
  • Safeguard Integrity: Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and regulatory guidelines while maintaining system integrity.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: At least 1-3 years as a CRM Salesforce Administrator.
  • Certifications: SFDC Administrator certification (Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder).
  • Skills: Strong understanding of CRM best practices, architecture, and functionality.
  • Global Experience: Familiarity with global solutions and organisations.
  • Tech Savvy: Experience with data management tools, ServiceNow, Jira, and agile methods (DevOps, SDLC).
  • MedTech Knowledge: A bonus if you’ve worked in MedTech organisations.

This position can be carried out at HQ in Gothenburg or the Milan office. From early 2025 Mölnlycke Health Care HQ will be based in a new office at GoCo Health Innovation City in Mölndal, one of the most attractive workplaces in Gothenburg.
