As part of Mölnlycke Health Care’s ongoing technological evolution, it is expanding the team with a Marketing Automation Tech Lead. This is a unique opportunity to drive the development of the company’s marketing automation processes, shape digital marketing strategies, and contribute to innovative customer experiences.
About the Role:
In this role, you will lead the development and enhancement of Mölnlyckes marketing automation capabilities in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will leverage technical expertise and business process understanding to design and implement effective solutions. We seek a candidate with experience in large-scale digital initiatives powered by customer insights, API-based architecture, and agile development methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Configuration: Customize Salesforce Marketing Cloud features (e.g., data extensions, subscriber lists, Journey Builder workflows, Advertising Studio) to meet business needs and optimise cross-channel marketing campaigns across the global organisation.
- User Management: Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions while providing training to ensure users can effectively leverage Marketing Cloud.
- Data Management: Oversee the import and synchronisation of customer data across platforms, ensuring proper handling of preferences and consent.
- Automation Development: Design and implement automated marketing campaigns, using customer data for personalisation and engagement.
- Integrations Management: Establish and maintain integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, and other systems to ensure seamless data flow and real-time updates.
- Compliance and Data Privacy: Ensure adherence to regulations such as GDPR and CCPA, focusing on preference centres and compliant data handling practices.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve technical issues and optimise platform efficiency.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Salesforce Marketing Cloud enhancements, MarTech innovations, and industry trends to ensure the platform’s continuous improvement.
Key Skills:
- Expertise in marketing technology (MarTech) platforms, particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Proficiency in solutions architecture, including system integrations and campaign automation design.
- Strong knowledge of data management, compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), cross-channel marketing strategies, and CRM processes.
- Excellent technical problem-solving, user support, and project management skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to train and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A background in defining and developing marketing automation and digital marketing strategies.
- Proven experience in leveraging digital technology to create impactful business results, as well as the ability to understand customer business processes and unmet needs, while managing expectations and scope.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present ideas effectively.
