About the Role

As the Lead AI Developer, you will become a key player in the mission to streamline and automate processes using innovative technologies. You’ll be part of leading the design and development of architecture for AI solutions, with a particular focus on Python, Automation, prompt engineering and LLM (Large Language Model) development.

You will:

• Work in close collaboration with the CTO to design robust and scalable architecture for AI solutions. 
• Guide the team and lead the implementation and development of automation solutions in Python. 
• Work with and implement tools / frameworks like Playwright, Selenium, Robocorp, Cypress, or similar to create smooth automation workflows.
• Collaborate closely with the team to ensure high quality and operational reliability in the solutions, both technically and functionally.

About you

To thrive and succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• At least 5 years of experience in Python development
• Solid experience working with automation in Python and tools like Playwright, Selenium, Robocorp, or Cypress
• Deep understanding of architectural issues and experience with solution architecture
• Experience developing and working with LLMs (Large Language Models) and prompt engineering
• Fluent English, both spoken and written

It’s a plus if you have

• Experience in fine-tuning LLMs
• Knowledge in Machine Learning and its applications
• Cloud experience, e.g., Azure, GCP, or AWS
• Experience working with Python orchestration tools
• Experience in Intelligent Automation, such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation), computer vision, and IDP (Intelligent Document Processing)
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
