About the Team

AFRY IT is a central function supporting the business areas within AFRY, delivering all the internal IT services needed to ensure that the company remains competitive and well-functioning. It is not a part of the consulting business within AFRY.

This position will belong to Team Sales, whose primary focus is on building and enhancing applications and integrations within the Customer & Product domain, supporting the sales process at AFRY. Here, you will work alongside colleagues dedicated to IT development, in a team that values strong cohesion and strives to make work enjoyable for everyone.

About the role

In this position as a Senior Fullstack Developer, you will collaborate closely with Developers, Business Analysts, Architects, Testers, and the Team Lead to develop business-critical applications and integrations.These applications are continuously developed and improved with new features and flows to make the sales of AFRY’s offering more efficient. You will take ownership of one of these applications and get the opportunity to influence the technical direction of the team. You’ll get to work with modern microservices-based applications in a Microsoft environment using C# and .NET. The architecture is well-designed and relies on various Azure components for scalability and flexibility. The work environment is driven by agile development methods and a strong sense of team spirit.

Tech Knowledge We Appreciate:

• Solid experience as a developer in modern .Net, .Net Core and C#
• Solid experience in Azure Cloud Development and an interest in infrastructure as a code
• Solid experience working as a Fullstack Developer 
• Experience of frontend development using React 
• Experience in microservices
• Experience in working with Azure DevOps and CI/CD
• Experience in working with SQL and databases
