About the Role

Join EQT Venture´s newly formed AI team as a Fullstack LLM Engineer and GenAI builder. You’ll play a pivotal role in extending EQT’s leadership in data-driven VC. In this role, you’ll be collaborating with a data engineer, an analytics lead, an AI quant analyst, a full stack dev, EQTV’s head of AI, and the Motherbrain team.

Your responsibilities will be to ship state-of-the-art software and models to uncover unique insights from unstructured and structured data. The goal is to discover the world’s most ambitious entrepreneurs and companies early and to support them by harnessing the full potential of EQT’s global network and technology initiatives.

The capabilities developed and maintained by you will be used by all investment teams at EQT Ventures, and empower us to make smarter and quicker decisions with the perfect timing.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and have the deepest knowledge of state-of-the-art generative AI technologies, keeping up to date with the latest industry trends
• Extracting and parsing public data at scale, leveraging LLM models, RAG techniques, knowledge graphs, or similar to uncover insights
• Develop algorithms and analytics that quantify market signals, company traction, and sentiment to identify startups with outlier founders working on breakthrough technology
• Collaborating with Investors, Analysts, and Operational Support at EQT Ventures, as well as central initiatives such as Motherbrain (EQT’s proprietary AI platform), to make sure our work drives performance
