About the role

As part of the technological evolution, Mölnlycke Health Care is looking to grow the team with a Tech Lead, who will spearhead the software development, technical architecture, and engineering work. In this role, you will drive the development of web solutions and contribute to the overall technical advancements in the Digital Customer Engagement area. That means playing a central role in creating top modern digital solutions in an established company with a great vision. 

As the new Tech Lead, you will:

• Drive and support the delivery team’s overall mission, including technical ownership of deliveries & performances.
• Drive key decisions in architecture and design that are flexible, re-usable and in sync with changing business needs. 
• Develop best practices in key areas such as business processes, architecture, applications, and data.
• Lead the team in software development and technical architecture.
• Hands-on software development and contributing to DevOps practices.

About you

You are probably already in an advanced technical position today but look for something more, something truly stimulating and creative. To fit this role, we believe you have a good portion of the following:

• At least 5 years experience in relevant technical areas and with leading technical advancements.
• An apt for communicating ideas, creating direction and gathering momentum with stakeholders in complex organisations.
• Experience in agile development and DevOps methods including end-to-end Software Delivery Lifecycle processes.
• “System thinking” with knowledge of web development and experience with enterprise software using an API-oriented architecture. 
• Backend development skills in .NET / SQL.
• Frontend development knowledge in JavaScript frameworks. 
• Proficiency in CMS, particularly Optimizely/Episerver.
• Experience with cloud solutions such as Azure.

This position is stationed at HQ in Gothenburg. From early 2025 Mölnlycke Health Care will be based in a new office at GoCo Health Innovation City in Mölndal, one of the most attractive workplaces in the city.
