About the Role

As the Business Manager for Payments, you will be operationally, commercially, and strategically responsible for the development and expansion of the embedded payment solutions across BRP’s broader SaaS offering. This pivotal role will focus on creating a comprehensive payments proposition, driving implementation, and increasing monetization through value-added services. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless payment integrations, maximize market reach, and deliver exceptional value to the clients.

What you will do

Develop & Execute Payment Strategy

  • Own and manage the payment solutions offering for BRP Systems products (BRP, Wondr, Twiik) by understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Manage Payment Product Lifecycle

  • Oversee the lifecycle of payment product development, coordinating with cross-functional teams like R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support.

Drive Business Success

  • Take full ownership for the payment solutions area, setting ambitious targets and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to increase adoption and usage among existing and new customers. Manage the daily operations of the Payments Services and be the single point of contact, both internally as well as for partners, but also the expert to include in more complex sales-cases.

About You

We are looking for a strategic thinker with a commercial mindset who focuses on customers’ problems and delivers smart solutions within the payments area. It is important that you take full ownership of the field, where you are skilled at managing both external partnerships and internal collaborations at the company. As a person, you are a results-oriented doer who has no problem collaborating with others. You are business savvy and focus on both planning and execution where you make things happen and complete them.

Knowledge & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience from growing revenue streams in the payments or fintech industry.
  • Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, both commercially and technically.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and their integration with payment solutions.
  • Experience working with gyms, fitness providers, or similar industries is a plus.
