Our client is a market leader with a global outreach. They are now looking for a Chief Product Officer (CPO).
As the CPO, you will be responsible for leading the product strategy, development, and management efforts of our client’s enterprise solutions. You will play a critical role in driving innovation, ensuring market competitiveness, and maximizing the value of our client’s product portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company’s goals and market demands.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and gather customer feedback to guide product decisions and enhancements.
- Product Roadmap: Establish clear product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on strategic goals and customer needs.
- Product Development: Lead cross-functional teams in the ideation, development, and launch of new products and features.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to end-of-life, ensuring product quality, performance, and scalability.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a great team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with executive leadership, engineering, sales, marketing, and other key stakeholders to drive product success.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges that may impact product delivery or market competitiveness.
- Customer Focus: Champion the voice of the customer throughout the organization, ensuring that product decisions are customer-centric and aligned with their needs and preferences.

- Proven track record of success in a senior product management role, preferably within the enterprise software industry.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product plans.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with experience leading and inspiring cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of product development methodologies, agile practices, and innovation frameworks.
