Growth-minded CTO

About the role

We are searching for a growth minded CTO to join an exciting B2B SaaS company in Stockholm. An international expansion is under way and there is a need to ensure that products, tech and teams are scalable to support the growth.

The role requires strong leadership skills and demonstrated ability to make things happen. There probably won’t be any coding involved but the ability to set a technical vision and strategy aligning them with the business needs is essential and so is gathering the forces behind it. There is a 100-person strong and established tech team and a number of products in the portfolio. The culture is people centric and warm yet ambitious. Any leader within the company needs to fuel the ambitious fire whilst also humbly and respectfully listen to other’s ideas and input. The CTO is part of the Senior Management Team and is reporting to the CEO.

We’re looking for:

• 5+ years leadership experience preferably from more than one development organsation. It is important to know what good looks like. 
• Experience of leading leaders in a growth setting
• Technical vision and the ability to translate business needs into tech and vice versa. 
• Good communicator with ability to manage stakeholders, creating clarity and transparency about challenges and opportunities.
• Eligibility and ability to work from the Stockholm offices.
