Product Manager

On behalf of one of our clients we are now on the lookout for a Product Manager for a well known customer brand and market leader in their niche.

About the role

As Product Manager, you are leading a new product line, facing both B2B and B2C. The role is pivotal in driving product development and enhancing our platform’s features and functionalities, for a new market. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise and business acumen, ensuring that our product offerings meet the evolving needs of our customers and stay ahead in the competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a deep understanding of customers needs and pain points. Use customer feedback and market insights to continuously iterate and improve the product, ensuring they meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Enhance team efficiency by establishing and guiding a streamlined process, focusing on clear requirements and effective coordination across teams to prevent blockers.
• Communicate and build relationships with internal stakeholders and understand customer concerns
• Establish a transparent, ongoing product visibility process for all departments

Requirements

• Relevant experience within product management role, ideally from consumer-facing products and from regulatory industry with system integrations and/or APIs.
• Scooping (workshops, collection of business requirements, prioritization and delivery of new feature with key stakeholders (internal and external)
• A growth mindset and experience working with large data sets and highly analytical environment 
• A strong track record of successful product launches in the SaaS industry
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to balance short-term with long-term goals
