At MedHelp Care, we’re shaping the future of workplace health management. As a leading Nordic B2B SaaS company, we build intelligent AI-powered platforms that help organizations create healthier workplaces.

Our platform uses advanced health data analytics and machine learning to detect early signals of health risk, enabling companies to take proactive, preventive action. Our mission is clear: to make workplaces healthier, more resilient, and better equipped to support both employees and organizations.

We are on an exciting growth journey and we’re now looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join us.

About the role

You’ll join our data team that develops InsightsHub and Statistics, our customer-facing analytics products; Larix, our model for flagging who’s at risk of long-term sick leave; and the data platform underneath.

We use agentic coding tools heavily, and expect how we build to keep changing. We care less about which tools you use today than whether you’re willing to keep changing how you work.

Larix, and how we run models in production generally, is at the centre of this role. We’re a small shop, so things move fast and what you build shapes the product rather than a corner of it.

What we’re recruiting for

  • Larix, our long-term sick leave risk model: retraining, serving and monitoring it in production, plus features, evaluation, performance and making it work in new markets.
  • How we run models in production generally – serving, evaluation and monitoring.

What the team owns and you’ll work across

  • InsightsHub, our LLM-based analytics product: the data model and pipelines underneath, and the generation on top.
  • The transformation layer: dbt, warehouse, orchestration.
  • Product and usage data, with a focus on making it self-serve.
  • Proving what the product does to sickness absence, in a way that holds up with customers and leadership.

Who we think you are

  • You write Python and SQL that other people can maintain.
  • You’ve looked after a model in production over time, not just built one and moved on.
  • You’ve automated a training or deployment pipeline, or you’re keen to.
  • You can design an evaluation that survives scrutiny, and you know the difference between correlation, prediction, and causal effect.
  • You’ve worked with dbt or equivalent and an orchestrator like Airflow, Prefect or Dagster.
  • You can explain what the numbers mean to someone who isn’t technical.
  • We’re open to a few years of experience and up. The right person matters more than years of experience.

Nice to have

  • Taking a model to a new market or population.
  • Evaluating LLM or AI output in production.
  • Experience with privacy and sensitive personal data.
  • Domain background in HR, occupational health, insurance, or healthcare.

About MedHelp Care

MedHelp Care AB is a leading SaaS company offering an AI-powered, cloud-based platform for data-driven corporate health and expert medical advisory services. Used by around 500 companies in the Nordics and connecting up to 200,000 employees, our platform helps reduce sick leave, increase employee presence, and lower costs.

Founded in 1999, we operate in Sweden, Finland, and Denmark with a team of around 45 employees.

Our mission is to improve employee health through proactive, data-driven initiatives and contribute to a healthier society by halving long-term sick leave. At the heart of this mission is a machine learning model that helps us identify and address health risks proactively. If you’re motivated by applying machine learning to health, and you’d rather work across the whole lifecycle of a model at a small company than on one slice of it at a large one, this role is for you.

In this recruitment, we are collaborating with Safemind, and all applications will be processed through them.

About our client

Our client is a fast-growing Nordic FinTech company building data- and AI-driven products that help businesses make better decisions around credit and risk. Operating in a regulated environment, the company serves a growing base of established enterprise customers and is entering its next phase of growth.

The technology foundation is strong and the platform is proven. The next chapter is about turning that foundation into an increasingly scalable product and organisation – with AI playing an important role in where the company is heading.

About the role

As CPTO, you’ll join the executive leadership team and report directly to the CEO, with overall responsibility for Technology and a broad mandate across Product, Engineering and AI.

The company has strong technical capabilities in place. What the role calls for now is someone who can bring the pieces together: setting direction, creating focus, and building the structure needed to scale without adding unnecessary bureaucracy.

You’ll work closely with product and engineering leadership to connect business priorities with what gets built and why. A central part of the role is moving from a more opportunity- and customer-driven way of working towards scalable, repeatable products – while balancing new development with the evolution of the existing platform.

AI is an important part of that journey. The ambition goes beyond internal productivity; the CPTO will help shape how AI becomes a meaningful part of the product offering and long-term technology strategy.

This is an executive role, but not one at a distance. You’ll be expected to understand the technology, challenge decisions when needed, and stay close enough to the organisation to know where focus is required.

Who you are

  • You’ve held a CTO, CPTO or equivalent senior technology leadership role and have helped a technology organisation through a meaningful growth or scaling journey.
  • You’ve seen the transition from an early product and entrepreneurial setup towards a more scalable product, technology and operating model.
  • You bring strong technical judgment and can engage credibly on architecture, cloud infrastructure and engineering without needing to be the person writing the code.
  • You know how to turn strategy into priorities and execution – and are comfortable saying no when too many things compete for attention.
  • You understand product as well as technology and can balance customer opportunities with building something scalable for the broader market.
  • You have practical experience with AI/ML in production and understand where AI can create real product and business value.
  • You’ve operated in an environment where security, privacy or regulation meaningfully shapes technology decisions.
  • You know how to create clearer teams, ownership and accountability without letting process get ahead of progress.
  • You’re commercially minded and comfortable moving between engineers, product leaders, customers and an executive team.

Nice to have: experience from FinTech, payments, financial services or another regulated technology environment, as well as B2B SaaS, enterprise software or other data-intensive products.

Commercial Director

The role

We are conducting a confidential search on behalf of an international technology and digital professional services consultancy. The company is now looking for a Commercial Director to lead its continued growth.

This is a foundational hire and a genuine partner role. You will be part of building our client’s business together with the MD and the rest of the Swedish management team, owning the commercial engine that is the single most important driver of our success. We are an operational, hard-working team, and we want a hands-on commercial leader who sells and leads from the front.

What you’ll do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5–8 key account managers, setting the pace by example and staying hands-on and active in the market.
  • Personally own deals and client relationships, driving both net-new business and the expansion of existing partnerships from individual projects into long-term strategic relationships.
  • Own the pipeline and revenue, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the Swedish market, while serving as the interface to the group commercial team on overall strategy and ways of working.
  • Partner with Business Development and Marketing to own the commercial strategy and shape how we take our service offerings to market.
  • Drive collaboration across teams so commercial and delivery functions move as one, turning client needs into well-scoped, deliverable engagements.

What you bring

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales of complex, project-based services and professional solutions, comfortable with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of leading and coaching sales professionals as a sales lead, business director, or equivalent. A formal leadership role with direct reports is a plus.
  • A strategic mind with tactical hands — equally comfortable pursuing new logos as you are expanding existing strategic accounts.
  • A strong interest in digital transformation and modern technology, using tools like AI to optimize commercial processes and engagement strategies.

About our client

Our client is a fast-growing international game studio within iGaming, building and operating a growing portfolio of online games for players across multiple markets. The studio combines creative game development with sophisticated proprietary technology, with its platform infrastructure playing a critical role in delivering reliable, high-volume gaming experiences at scale.

The company continues to expand its game portfolio and technology capabilities, creating an opportunity for a senior technical leader to shape the future of a core gaming platform used across the organization.

About the role

As a Senior Principal Engineer, you’ll take technical ownership of the core platform and work closely with the founder, engineering team, and other functions. You’ll shape architecture and technical direction while remaining close to the code to make a direct impact.

A significant part of the role is balancing long-term technical decisions with day-to-day delivery. You’ll improve scalability and reliability and make key architectural choices. As the studio and its product portfolio grow, you’ll evolve the platform to support that growth while keeping it secure and maintainable.

What we’re looking for

  • Extensive professional experience with C#/.NET and strong backend engineering expertise.
  • Experience building and operating high-volume, production-critical transactional systems, with strong SQL skills and experience with data modelling and performance optimization.
  • Strong architectural judgment and hands-on experience with scalable, reliable, and secure systems, including distributed systems and technologies such as Redis.
  • A hands-on approach, comfortable writing, reviewing, and improving production code.
  • Experience leading engineers or taking technical ownership of a major platform, with clear and decisive communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Pragmatic and collaborative mindset, able to work cross-functionally and balance long-term technical direction with business needs and delivery.

About our client

Our client is a venture-backed B2B SaaS company operating in a specialized corner of enterprise operations software. They help large, global organizations bring structure, visibility, and intelligence to a part of the business that has historically been difficult to standardize and digitize. Backed by a well-known European B2B software investor, the company has built strong enterprise traction and is pushing into its next chapter of growth. Most competitors are still talking about AI. This company is trying to actually ship it, building predictive capabilities on top of a rich, multi-year operational dataset.

About the role

What the role calls for is someone who holds both real technical depth and the discipline to turn strategy into something a team can actually execute, not one at the expense of the other.

As CTO, you’ll join the executive leadership team, reporting to the CEO and working in close, non-negotiable partnership with senior product leadership. You’ll bring structure to a strong engineering organization, without flattening what makes each team effective. You’ll set the direction for turning data into predictive product capabilities, and act as a credible technical voice with customers, the board, and investors.

This is a hands-on role. You lead from close to the work, curious enough to explore new AI tools yourself rather than just directing others to. You’re comfortable running a distributed team, and people who work with you know exactly where they stand.

What we’re looking for

  • Senior technical leadership experience (CTO, VP Engineering, or similar) in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
  • Real, hands-on experience shipping AI/ML into production, not just setting direction
  • Strong architectural judgment, comfortable owning high-stakes, hard-to-reverse decisions
  • Experience leading distributed engineering teams
  • Direct, decisive communication: says what they mean, follows through
  • Credible, engaging directly with investors and the board
  • Commercial curiosity: sees technology as inseparable from the business

Nice to have: modern AI toolkit (RAG, multi-agent workflows), a compliance-sensitive sector background, and experience through multiple funding rounds.

Chief Product Officer

The company

Our client is a SaaS company with a strong market position and a strong customer base. They’ve built something that works – and now they’re focused on what comes next: going deeper with AI and unlocking the full potential of the data at the core of their product.

The role

This is a CPO role for someone who builds, not just leads. You’d own the product vision and roadmap, but the expectation is that you’re close to the work; testing ideas, moving fast, and pushing the organisation to new heights.

The company is at an inflection point: moving upmarket, expanding its product surface, and rethinking what its data can do. You’d sit at the centre of that shift, working close to tech and commercial while being an integral part of the management team.

Who you are

  • You’ve built and developed product organisations in SaaS
  • You think in outcomes, not output, and you hold the organisation to the same standard
  • AI isn’t a buzzword for you. You’ve already integrated it into how you build, and you see it as an important lever
  • You’re as comfortable in a customer meeting as in a product review and you actively want to be in both
  • You’re a strategist who can also sketch, prototype, and pressure-test ideas yourself
  • You move fast, communicate in signal rather than noise, and know how to bring a leadership team with you without over-engineering the process

Nuvarande teknikstack

Node.js · Python · React · PostgreSQL · Redis · NoSQL · Kubernetes · GCP · CI/CD · Linux
