Om rollen

Som Head of Product Management hos Azets har du det övergripande ansvaret för att forma och utveckla vårt erbjudande. Hos oss är ”produkten” en helhetslösning – en sömlös tjänsteleverans där kvalificerat konsultstöd integreras med våra egna tekniska plattformar och ledande tredjepartssystem.

Du leder och vidareutvecklar en organisation på idag 15+ personer fördelade över fem produktområden med fokus på den svenska marknaden. Ditt centrala uppdrag är att etablera en modern produktkultur med tydliga processer (ways-of-working) för hur vi utvecklar våra lösningar i en verksamhet där AI och automatisering står högt på agendan.

Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden:

• Product Management & Roadmap: Du äger produktens roadmap och ansvarar för att driva produktutvecklingen – från stora strategiska förflyttningar till löpande agila förbättringar.
• Livscykelhantering: Du ansvarar för hela produkt- och systemlivscykeln, med ett starkt fokus på värdeskapande genom hela kundlivscykeln samt användarupplevelsen.
• Produktkatalog: Du äger och strukturerar produktkatalogen för att säkerställa ett tydligt och attraktivt erbjudande mot marknaden.
• GTM & Sales Enablement: I nära samarbete med vår Commercial-avdelning driver du Go-To-Market-strategier och säkerställer att säljorganisationen har rätt verktyg för att lyckas.
• Ledarskap & Struktur: Du leder och coachar produktledare, etablerar governance och skapar struktur för att transformera vårt arbete mot en mer skalbar och effektiv modell.
• Samverkan: Du agerar brygga mellan ledning, affär och teknik, både lokalt i Sverige och i samarbete med internationella kollegor.

Vem är du?

Vi söker en erfaren ledare som trivs i miljöer präglade av förändring och som har förmågan att skapa riktning där strukturer ännu inte är helt på plats. Du är en operativ ledare som inte tvekar att ”kavla upp ärmarna” och visa vägen genom handling.

• Erfarenhet av att leda produktorganisationer där erbjudandet består av en kombination av professionella tjänster (konsulter) och digitala lösningar.
• Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att bygga upp strukturer, processer och ”ways-of-working” inom produktledning.

About you

To succeed in this role, you are a strategic thinker who is also comfortable going hands-on when it adds leverage. You are experienced in software engineering for complex environments, understand compiled language ecosystems, and have a strong track record with CI/CD and build systems. You know how to balance developer productivity, reliability, and maintainability, and can translate technical complexity into actionable strategic direction.

• Experienced hands-on in multi-platform C++ projects and complex technical environments
• Skilled in CI/CD systems (Jenkins, GitLab) and Infrastructure as Code
• Comfortable with on-premise infrastructure and able to understand architecture, dependencies, and trade-offs

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer, who can quickly understand existing systems, work independently, and deliver value from day one. You will play a key role in evolving and improving our data platform, working closely with other engineers and stakeholders. You will be part of a data engineering team responsible for designing, building, and operating scalable data solutions in AWS. The work includes both hands-on development and architectural decision-making. The position requires that you are able to work in Stockholm, Sweden.

Your responsibilities include

• Designing and improving data ingestion, streaming, and event processing (batch and real-time)
• Refactoring and enhancing existing services, pipelines, and infrastructure
• Implementing robust data collection, transformation, and storage solutions
• Operating and improving cloud-based platforms (primarily AWS)
• Improving observability, reliability, and operational tooling for production systems

About the role

As Director of Engineering for Search & Discovery, you will lead an organization of 50+ engineers across multiple locations, reporting to the Executive Director of Product & Technology. Supported by Engineering Managers, a Principal Architect, and Senior Engineers, you will combine people leadership, operational excellence, and long-term engineering strategy. In addition to leading the overall organization, you will directly manage one of the squads and work closely with Product Management on planning, delivery, and product strategy.

You will own the engineering strategy, architecture, and delivery for the Search & Discovery business area, ensuring scalable, performant, and cost-effective solutions. A key part of the role is driving strong ways of working through agile principles, OKRs, and close collaboration with suppliers and stakeholders.

Our technology stack

The tech stack consists of Next.js, React, and TypeScript on the frontend, and .NET/C# on the backend. The platforms run in the cloud on AWS, GCP, and Vercel, with Elasticsearch, GraphQL, and REST as key components. CI/CD is managed through GitHub and GitHub Actions, and the organization is actively adopting AI using Python, OpenAI, and LangChain.

About you

You are an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in modern product development. You are comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels, and you enjoy taking full responsibility for people, technology, and delivery. You lead with clarity and trust, balance long-term thinking with day-to-day execution, and create strong alignment between engineering, product, and business.

Your experience includes

• Several years in senior engineering leadership roles, including managing managers
• Leading engineering organizations of 30+ people across multiple locations
• Strong experience with modern product development practices (agile, lean, OKRs)
• Ownership of engineering strategy, architecture, and delivery for complex systems
• Building and operating scalable, cloud-based web platforms
• Cost-aware engineering leadership, including budgeting, prioritization, and cost efficiency
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, test automation, and engineering metrics
