Om Rollen

Som Product Manager har du en central roll i att positionera, lansera och vidareutveckla Generics produkter. Du fungerar som länken mellan produkt, marknad och försäljning, med ansvar för att säkerställa att våra erbjudanden möter kundernas behov och kommuniceras tydligt både internt och externt.

I rollen arbetar du nära CPO, CMO, utvecklingsteamet och säljorganisationen. Du ansvarar för framtagning av sälj- och kundmaterial som tydligt beskriver Generics produkter och erbjudanden. Samtidigt bidrar du till prioritering av produktens roadmap och stöttar säljorganisationen i kunddialoger med din produktexpertis.

Rollen innebär även att du deltar i kundmöten för att stödja säljarna och beskriva de tekniska aspekterna av Generics lösningar. Genom insikter från marknad, kunder och teknik bidrar du till att vidareutveckla produktens erbjudande.

Key Responsibilities

About the role

• Lead the overall digital product vision and roadmap, covering IT support, system operations, product development, and marketing automation
• Build and develop a multidisciplinary team, including Product Owners, martech specialists, and IT support
• Oversee IT support operations, ensuring stable systems, timely issue resolution, and good service for clinics and central teams
• Define and evolve the digital architecture and integration strategy to support scalability and interoperability
• Take responsibility for cyber security, risk, and compliance in line with healthcare regulations and internal standards
• Develop and manage the martech ecosystem (CRM, marketing automation, analytics), supporting acquisition, conversion, and retention
• Establish structured prioritisation and capacity planning in collaboration with stakeholders
• Manage vendors, partnerships, and licensing for digital platforms and services
• Own budget and financial governance for Digital & IT, including investment decisions and cost control
• Drive continuous improvement across digital products, IT processes, and marketing technologies
• Work closely with clinic teams and business leaders to ensure solutions meet operational needs and create measurable value
• Ensure that digital and IT foundations support safe medical operations and business continuity

You likely have

• Several years of experience in digital leadership, product management, IT operations, or martech, ideally in a multi-site or international setting
• Experience leading digital product development, system implementation, and business transformation initiatives
• Knowledge of IT support operations, including service management, incident handling, and vendor coordination
• Experience working with digital ecosystems, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools
• Understanding of how to align business needs with scalable digital solutions
• Experience working with security, risk, and compliance, preferably in a regulated environment
• Experience with budgeting, financial follow-up, and prioritisation of digital investments
• Experience working in a matrix organisation is a plus
• Experience from healthcare or clinical environments is beneficial but not required

Vad du kommer att göra

I rollen leder du två team inom produktområdet Content Delivery:

• Media Supply Tech – teamet som bygger upp en digital, molnbaserad och AI-driven media supply chain samt en modern plattform för linjär-TV. Fokus framåt är att fortsätta utveckla båda plattformarna, bygga integrationer mot näraliggande initiativ och steg för steg röra oss bort från legacy mot modulära, öppna flöden.

• AI Dev Hub – teamet som bygger AI-drivna verktyg för vår innehållsproduktion, till exempel för översättning, textning och videoanalys. Teamet är mitt i en uppbyggnadsfas och en viktig del av rollen är att ge det struktur, riktning och leveransrytm.

Tillsammans med Product Manager och Area Lead kommer du att:

• Coacha och utveckla två team i olika utvecklingsfaser
• Sätta tydliga mål och KPIer med fokus på värde och flöde
• Skapa förutsättningar för teamen att äga sin tekniska riktning och leverera med kvalitet
• Forma hur vi använder AI för att stärka teamens hävstång: ta bort flaskhalsar, förbättra flöde och lärande
• Bygga rätt team framåt genom rekrytering och utveckling

Om dig

Du har erfarenhet av att leda utvecklingsteam och skapa miljöer där människor utmanar varandra, äger sina beslut och blir bättre över tid. Du har en trygg teknisk grund och kan vara ett bollplank i arkitekturdiskussioner och sätta riktning när det behövs.

Du kommer att leda två team i olika utvecklingsfaser: ett väletablerat leveransteam och ett team som behöver struktur, ägarskap och riktning. Det kräver att du är bekväm med båda lägena.

About the role

We’re looking for a seasoned Staff Mobile Engineer, Tech Lead to take ownership of our mobile technical direction across both iOS and Android.

In this role, you will act as the technical anchor for our mobile teams, driving architecture decisions, shaping our long-term strategy, and mentoring a team of 10 engineers. While your core expertise is within iOS, you bring a cross-platform mindset and are comfortable bridging the gap between iOS and Android to ensure consistency, scalability, and excellence across both platforms.

The position requires that you be able to work in Stockholm, Sweden. 

What you’ll do

In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of our mobile technical direction, shaping how we build, scale, and evolve our apps across both iOS and Android. You’ll operate at the intersection of hands-on engineering, architecture, and leadership – setting the standards for how a high-performing mobile team works.

You will play a key role in modernizing our mobile platforms, driving architectural decisions, and ensuring a consistent and scalable approach across both ecosystems. At the same time, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences to millions of users worldwide.

Your responsibilities include:

• Owning the mobile technical roadmap, including architecture, engineering standards, and long-term scalability across iOS and Android
• Leading the evolution of our iOS platform while driving cross-platform alignment in architecture, patterns, and best practices
• Modernizing and refactoring our codebase into a modular, testable setup, while improving CI/CD, build performance, and release workflows
• Collaborating closely with engineering, product, design, and QA to deliver high-quality user experiences at a global scale
• Mentoring and guiding engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement

About you

You are a senior mobile engineer with a strong foundation in iOS development and a genuine interest in building scalable, high-quality mobile products. To succeed in this role, you have experience from mentoring engineers, and ideally have previous experience working in a Tech Lead or similar leadership role. 

You have experience working with complex systems and understand what it takes to modernize and evolve a mobile codebase over time. While iOS is your core strength, you are confident navigating cross-platform environments and contributing to alignment across iOS and Android teams.

You care deeply about code quality, testing, and developer experience, and you take pride in building maintainable, well-structured solutions and great end-user experience. At the same time, you are a collaborative and communicative team player who enjoys mentoring others and creating alignment across teams.

We believe you bring:

• Deep expertise in iOS development, including Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, and modern concurrency
• Experience contributing to or leading architectural decisions in large-scale mobile applications
• A solid understanding of cross-platform development, with the ability to collaborate with and guide Android teams
• Strong knowledge of software design principles, testing practices, and CI/CD workflows
• A proactive mindset, with a drive to improve performance, reliability, and ways of working
