At MedHelp Care, we’re shaping the future of workplace health management. As a leading Nordic B2B SaaS company, we build intelligent AI-powered platforms that help organizations create healthier workplaces.
Our platform uses advanced health data analytics and machine learning to detect early signals of health risk, enabling companies to take proactive, preventive action. Our mission is clear: to make workplaces healthier, more resilient, and better equipped to support both employees and organizations.
We are on an exciting growth journey and we’re now looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join us.
You’ll join our data team that develops InsightsHub and Statistics, our customer-facing analytics products; Larix, our model for flagging who’s at risk of long-term sick leave; and the data platform underneath.
We use agentic coding tools heavily, and expect how we build to keep changing. We care less about which tools you use today than whether you’re willing to keep changing how you work.
Larix, and how we run models in production generally, is at the centre of this role. We’re a small shop, so things move fast and what you build shapes the product rather than a corner of it.
MedHelp Care AB is a leading SaaS company offering an AI-powered, cloud-based platform for data-driven corporate health and expert medical advisory services. Used by around 500 companies in the Nordics and connecting up to 200,000 employees, our platform helps reduce sick leave, increase employee presence, and lower costs.
Founded in 1999, we operate in Sweden, Finland, and Denmark with a team of around 45 employees.
Our mission is to improve employee health through proactive, data-driven initiatives and contribute to a healthier society by halving long-term sick leave. At the heart of this mission is a machine learning model that helps us identify and address health risks proactively. If you’re motivated by applying machine learning to health, and you’d rather work across the whole lifecycle of a model at a small company than on one slice of it at a large one, this role is for you.
In this recruitment, we are collaborating with Safemind, and all applications will be processed through them.
Our client is a fast-growing Nordic FinTech company building data- and AI-driven products that help businesses make better decisions around credit and risk. Operating in a regulated environment, the company serves a growing base of established enterprise customers and is entering its next phase of growth.
The technology foundation is strong and the platform is proven. The next chapter is about turning that foundation into an increasingly scalable product and organisation – with AI playing an important role in where the company is heading.
As CPTO, you’ll join the executive leadership team and report directly to the CEO, with overall responsibility for Technology and a broad mandate across Product, Engineering and AI.
The company has strong technical capabilities in place. What the role calls for now is someone who can bring the pieces together: setting direction, creating focus, and building the structure needed to scale without adding unnecessary bureaucracy.
You’ll work closely with product and engineering leadership to connect business priorities with what gets built and why. A central part of the role is moving from a more opportunity- and customer-driven way of working towards scalable, repeatable products – while balancing new development with the evolution of the existing platform.
AI is an important part of that journey. The ambition goes beyond internal productivity; the CPTO will help shape how AI becomes a meaningful part of the product offering and long-term technology strategy.
This is an executive role, but not one at a distance. You’ll be expected to understand the technology, challenge decisions when needed, and stay close enough to the organisation to know where focus is required.
Nice to have: experience from FinTech, payments, financial services or another regulated technology environment, as well as B2B SaaS, enterprise software or other data-intensive products.

We are an operational, hard-working team, and we want a hands-on commercial leader who sells and leads from the front.

Our client is a fast-growing international game studio within iGaming, building and operating a growing portfolio of online games for players across multiple markets. The studio combines creative game development with sophisticated proprietary technology, with its platform infrastructure playing a critical role in delivering reliable, high-volume gaming experiences at scale.
The company continues to expand its game portfolio and technology capabilities, creating an opportunity for a senior technical leader to shape the future of a core gaming platform used across the organization.
As a Senior Principal Engineer, you’ll take technical ownership of the core platform and work closely with the founder, engineering team, and other functions. You’ll shape architecture and technical direction while remaining close to the code to make a direct impact.
A significant part of the role is balancing long-term technical decisions with day-to-day delivery. You’ll improve scalability and reliability and make key architectural choices. As the studio and its product portfolio grow, you’ll evolve the platform to support that growth while keeping it secure and maintainable.
Our client is a venture-backed B2B SaaS company operating in a specialized corner of enterprise operations software. They help large, global organizations bring structure, visibility, and intelligence to a part of the business that has historically been difficult to standardize and digitize. Backed by a well-known European B2B software investor, the company has built strong enterprise traction and is pushing into its next chapter of growth. Most competitors are still talking about AI. This company is trying to actually ship it, building predictive capabilities on top of a rich, multi-year operational dataset.
What the role calls for is someone who holds both real technical depth and the discipline to turn strategy into something a team can actually execute, not one at the expense of the other.
As CTO, you’ll join the executive leadership team, reporting to the CEO and working in close, non-negotiable partnership with senior product leadership. You’ll bring structure to a strong engineering organization, without flattening what makes each team effective. You’ll set the direction for turning data into predictive product capabilities, and act as a credible technical voice with customers, the board, and investors.
This is a hands-on role. You lead from close to the work, curious enough to explore new AI tools yourself rather than just directing others to. You’re comfortable running a distributed team, and people who work with you know exactly where they stand.
Nice to have: modern AI toolkit (RAG, multi-agent workflows), a compliance-sensitive sector background, and experience through multiple funding rounds.
Our client is a SaaS company with a strong market position and a strong customer base. They’ve built something that works – and now they’re focused on what comes next: going deeper with AI and unlocking the full potential of the data at the core of their product.
This is a CPO role for someone who builds, not just leads. You’d own the product vision and roadmap, but the expectation is that you’re close to the work; testing ideas, moving fast, and pushing the organisation to new heights.
The company is at an inflection point: moving upmarket, expanding its product surface, and rethinking what its data can do. You’d sit at the centre of that shift, working close to tech and commercial while being an integral part of the management team.
